The problem with today's invoicing your customer offline is that it takes a lot of work to complete your sale, for example:
- Finding and managing an invoice is difficult when you have over hundreds or thousands invoices. You can't search for it with just an invoice number or trying to find out which invoice had already been paid or still waiting for payment and whether it has been past the due date without looking through each of your invoice
- A customer returns and say to you that they want to puchase the same product as last time. You might have no way of knowing that if there is no customer record on what they used to purchase from you, and if you have a lot of customers, that will be hard to manage without a proper customer management tool.
- You have to keep writing the same items and perhaps the same customer detail on to your invoice over and over again each time a customer purchases from you.

What is instant-Billings?
instant-Billings is a service created by e-Travel Marketing Co.,Ltd, located in Bangkok, Thailand. instant-Billings aims to provide an online solution to your invoicing needs. The service provides several functional features that is created and designed to help make invoicing and accepting payment a lot more convenient to you. Some of the features include:
[x] Item Management - Put in all your items, products and services that you have on to our website once and never bother again! When you write an invoice, you can easily pull all the information related directly to the invoice without having to rewrite all the information again.
[x] Invoice Management - Invoice created are all located in the website's invoice management page. Here you can search and keep track of invoices, filter it by the invoice's status (Paid, Awaiting Payment, etc.) or resend the invoice to your customer.
[x] Online Invoices - Create and send your invoice by email to the customer so that they can review and make payments using our provided online payment gateway.
[x] Customer Management - Manage your customers in an efficient way. Here, you can keep all your customer details and check what your customer had purchased before and know how many times they purchased from you. You can also sort your customer by giving them tags to keep track of them.
[x] Merchant Management - Your store can be managed in our website by putting in details about your store such as the email used to send out invoices to customers, email contents to include your store's profile, manage customers' tags, delivery options and categories for use in other pages of the website.
This is a one time setup service that once you complete the setup, you don't have to bother doing it again. All details that you provided are kept in our highly secured website.
