Viewing Invoice's History

Users can view the invoice history by selecting the View History button in Invoice Management page or clicking the View History button in the Invoice page. However, to view the invoice's history in the Invoice page, users have to Save the invoice at least once before the View History button will be available to click on.

It is important to note that the View History button in the Invoice Management page can only be found in invoices that the invoice's status is not Draft or Unpaid. To view the history log for the two statuses from the Invoice Management page, users have to click on the Edit Action instead and click on the View History button in the Invoice page (Instructions shown below).

To locate the View History button in Invoice Management page, simply navigate to the Action menu in the page shown below:

To locate the View History button in the Invoice page, look for side menu bar on the right.

When clicked, the history log will appear as shown below. Click the View History button again to close the History window.
