Adding new users
Existing users can create new users by navigating to Account Settings page and go to Master Account Management tab
If the user has a role level of "Master Account", they can access the Account Management tab.
The master account management page is designed to make account creation easy for the user. Here, the user can create additional master accounts for the merchant that allows the created user to swap between merchants associated with the account.
The master account creates an account for new users
A new user can be created manually by the master account by clicking the New button located in the top right corner of the screen:
Once clicked, a pop-up will appear in the table that looks like this:
In this page, ONLY the master account role can be created, other account roles must be created in the account management page.
Master Account has all access to the service, the same level of access as the owner account.
TIP
Remember to check the Enable checkbox as well, or else the newly created user will not be able to login into the service
Email address field can't be empty because once Update has been clicked, an email will be sent to the email written in the Emal Address field
Once Update has been clicked, an email will be sent to the user written in the Email Address field asking them to set a password:
By clicking on the Set Password button, the user will be redirect to the set password page as shown below:
